She encourages present awareness through awareness of the breath and sensitivity to the body-mind-heart connection. Her teaching is informed by her 20+ years of study of yoga and meditation. With 15 years of teaching yoga, she has been invited to teach in NPR studios, the Freer Gallery of Art, and the Supreme Court.
